You arrive at Kachatelier to find eight fully equipped stations, ingredients prepped and labelled, and a chef instructor who briefs the challenge. Teams draw their mystery basket or receive the same menu with a creative constraint — time, technique, or a surprise ingredient swap. For groups looking for a virtual bake off team building option, we also offer remote challenges where teams bake simultaneously from their own kitchens, but today's in-person format delivers the full sensory competition experience.
The cook begins. Fifty minutes of chopping, searing, tasting, plating. Our facilitator circulates, answers questions, troubleshoots disasters, and keeps energy high. A sommelier explains the wine pairing for each course and why it works.
Plating complete, the room resets. Teams present their dishes. Everyone tastes, scores on technique and creativity, and the chef delivers a critique that's honest but kind. We announce the winner, pour the final glass, and leave the kitchen spotless.

Dietary requirements: Every menu can be adapted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher and allergy needs. We ask for dietary details two weeks before the event and adjust ingredients and stations accordingly.
Duration: A typical master chef event runs 2.5–3 hours: welcome and brief (15 min), cook-off (60–75 min), tasting and judging (45 min), awards and wine (30 min). We can compress or extend to fit your agenda.
