🍚

Bibimbap with house gochujang sauce

Korea's iconic mixed rice bowl with vibrant vegetables, protein, and Chef Yun's signature gochujang sauce made fresh in class. Customisable, colourful, and deeply satisfying.

🥩

Korean BBQ Bulgogi marinade & grill

Marinated beef (or mushroom) prepared with Chef Yun's Korean BBQ spice blend, then grilled in the traditional style. The smell alone generates conversation across the whole kitchen.

Frequently asked questions

What makes the Kimbap menu special for team building?

The Kimbap Team-Building Experience is literally a team competition built into the recipe. Teams race to roll the best Kimbap, judged on taste, presentation, and speed. It's the most gamified cooking experience in our entire programme — there's a winner, a prize moment, and a lot of laughter.

Which of the 3 menus should we choose?

For new teams or onboarding, we recommend the Kimbap competition (Menu 2) — it's the most team-activity-intensive. For employee reward or celebration events, the Bibimbap (Menu 3) is visually stunning and highly customisable. For Korean BBQ lovers, Menu 1 with Bulgogi is a crowd-pleaser.

Who is Chef Yun Lee?

Yun Lee has owned Yun's Kitchen in Belgium since 2016 and teaches at the Korean Cultural Centre in Brussels. She is certified as a Korean cuisine specialist by the Korean Food Promotion Institute — the gold standard in Korean culinary credentials.

Is Korean cooking accessible for non-Asian teams?

Completely accessible. Yun's approach is warm and educational — she explains the cultural context of each dish while making the technique approachable. Most participants are cooking Korean food confidently within 20 minutes.

Can we mix menus across the group?

Yes — for larger groups we can run two menu streams simultaneously. Contact us to discuss the format.
