The only cooking class with a built-in team competition. Roll Kimbap. Race. Win.
Led by Yun Lee — certified Korean cuisine specialist, owner of Yun's Kitchen, and teacher at the Korean Cultural Centre in Brussels — this class offers three distinct Korean menus to choose from. The Kimbap Team-Building Experience is our most gamified format: teams race to roll the best Kimbap in a friendly competition that generates more laughter than any icebreaker game.

Korea's iconic seaweed rice rolls — teams compete to roll the best kimbap, judged on taste, technique, and presentation. The most team-activity-intensive experience in our programme.
Korea's iconic mixed rice bowl with vibrant vegetables, protein, and Chef Yun's signature gochujang sauce made fresh in class. Customisable, colourful, and deeply satisfying.
Marinated beef (or mushroom) prepared with Chef Yun's Korean BBQ spice blend, then grilled in the traditional style. The smell alone generates conversation across the whole kitchen.
