How does a cooking class work for a hybrid team?

We design the event so every participant — whether in an office, at home, or abroad — follows the same live chef at exactly the same pace. The event producer manages transitions and ensures no one is left behind. Office clusters can share a screen; remote participants join individually.

Do office-based participants need ingredients delivered too?

Yes — or you can purchase ingredients locally and we provide the detailed ingredient list. For office clusters, one delivery to the office address covers the whole group. We coordinate this during planning.

Can we mix in-person dining in the office with virtual cooking at home?

Absolutely. Some hybrid setups have remote participants cook and eat over video, while in-office participants cook in their kitchen space and dine together in person after the session ends. We tailor the format to your situation.

What's the minimum / maximum group size for hybrid events?

Minimum 10 participants total, across any combination of locations. Maximum is effectively unlimited for our CookCast format — we've run hybrid events with 300+ participants across 15 countries.

What platform does the event run on?

Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or WebEx. For multi-site events, we often use breakout rooms for inter-team moments during cooking.

How much notice do we need?

Experience-only: 48 hours minimum. With ingredient delivery: 2–3 weeks. Multi-office coordination may require additional lead time — contact us to discuss.
