Led by Chef Corrie Baier — who holds a Diploma in Thai Cuisine and is deeply versed in Indian cooking — this is one of our most sensorial and personal corporate experiences. What you'll cook
Build your own Masala Daba spice kit
Each person curates their own personal Indian spice box from over 25 authentic spices — labelled, balanced, and ready to take home. The most tangible souvenir from any cooking class.
Saag Paneer with fresh spinach
A delicately spiced fresh-spinach sauce with marinated, pan-fried paneer. Teams learn to wilt, blend, and season — a dish that looks complex but comes together with the right technique.
Hand-ground curry paste & traditional dal
Spices toasted and ground by hand in a mortar, built into a base paste for a traditional dal. The cornerstone skill of Indian cooking — once you know it, every curry changes.
