Indian cooking class Luxembourg — Spice Roads of India

25 spices. Your own Masala Daba to take home. A curry you'll be proud of.

Led by Chef Corrie Baier — who holds a Diploma in Thai Cuisine and is deeply versed in Indian cooking — this is one of our most sensorial and personal corporate experiences. Teams discover 25 authentic spices, assemble their own personal spice box, then cook Saag Paneer and a traditional curry from scratch. Nobody leaves empty-handed.

Traditional yellow dal with hand-ground curry paste and whole spices

Hand-ground curry paste & traditional dal

Spices toasted and ground by hand in a mortar, built into a base paste for a traditional dal. The cornerstone skill of Indian cooking — once you know it, every curry changes.
