We hire along two tracks. Chefs, continuously, to lead our virtual and in-person experiences. And company roles, occasionally, when the operation needs someone to own a piece of it. Both are selective, and both start with the same application.
Which one are you?
Chef instructors
We recruit two kinds of chef: virtual instructors anywhere in the world, and in-person chefs who can work our Luxembourg events. Both go through the same vetting, and both are trained to our standard before they ever lead a client session.
This is not a listing you reply to and start. Teaching a corporate team is a different craft from cooking for one, and the standards are explicit.

Applying is the start, not the finish
Every track is vetted against a written standard, and nobody skips it. For chefs that means an assessment of your cooking and your teaching, then our own training programme before a client ever sees you. For company roles it means a paid trial on real work, because a trial tells us more in two hours than an interview does in two rounds.
We are slow to say yes and quick to say no. If you are not a fit we will tell you, rather than leave you waiting.
