How do you handle multiple time zones?

We schedule at a mutually convenient time and ensure ingredient kits arrive before the session date everywhere. For very spread teams (e.g. APAC + EMEA + Americas), we can run consecutive sessions with the same menu.

What cuisines work best for remote teams?

Italian (pasta) and Japanese (sushi/gyoza) are consistently our top performers — they involve physical technique that translates well to screen. Thai and Mexican are popular for teams who want something more lively and flavour-forward.

How far in advance do we need to book?

Experience-only (participants source their own ingredients): 48 hours minimum. With ingredient kit delivery: 2–3 weeks to allow for international shipping. We can accommodate urgent requests — contact us directly.

Can we run this for 200+ remote employees at once?

Yes — our CookCast format is designed for 60–200+ participants. Larger events have additional producers managing breakout rooms, chat moderation, and coordination. Contact us for groups above 200 for a tailored proposal.
