Baking team building Luxembourg — Sweet Creations
Where precision meets creativity. Bake something beautiful — and eat it too.
Winnie Lee studied fashion at Central St Martins, worked at Marks & Spencer, and then moved to Luxembourg to build a baking brand with over a million followers. She brings that same fashion-meets-pastry sensibility to her corporate classes. Sweet Creations is a 120-minute baking and decorating experience where teams don't just follow a recipe — they design. The results are edible art, and the process reveals creative skills people didn't know they had.

What you'll cook
Layered sponge cake
Teams bake a light, even sponge from scratch — learning why temperature, folding technique, and timing matter. The foundation skill that every beautiful cake is built on.
Fondant work & piped buttercream flowers
Winnie demonstrates professional fondant smoothing and the signature piped buttercream flower technique from her 1M+ follower pastry brand. Teams practise on their own sections — the results are genuinely stunning.
Showstopper decoration
The class culminates in a complete showstopper cake — designed and decorated by your team under Winnie's direction. Every element chosen for visual impact and flavour. Gets photographed before it gets eaten.

The cupcake session: batter made from scratch, into the oven. While they bake, Winnie introduces the decorating tools and teaches the buttercream technique.

- 4
The showstopper cake: teams collaborate on the design brief, then execute together. Winnie guides the technical elements while teams make the creative decisions.

Why is baking good for team building?
Baking requires precision, patience, and collaboration — and the results are tangible and beautiful. Winnie's class adds a creative and artistic dimension: teams don't just bake, they design. The combination of technical skill and aesthetic expression unlocks a different side of people.
Who is Winnie Lee?
Winnie studied fashion at Central St Martins and worked at Marks & Spencer before moving to Luxembourg in 2017 and building a baking brand with over 1 million followers. She combines her design background with pastry expertise to create visually stunning edible art — and she brings that same philosophy to her corporate classes.
What does the team actually make?
Teams bake and decorate a selection of pastries and cakes — the exact menu varies seasonally but always includes a showstopper element requiring decorating skill. Everyone leaves with something they made and something they're proud of.
Is this suitable for non-bakers?
Completely. Winnie structures the class so that no prior experience is needed. The technical baking is guided step by step, and the decorating element is creative enough to engage even the most experienced bakers.
Why is this class good for end-of-year and celebration events?
The combination of creativity, celebration food (cakes and pastries), and Winnie's natural warmth creates an atmosphere that feels genuinely festive. Teams produce something beautiful that can also be eaten — a dual reward that's hard to replicate.
