Heather learned to cook from her grandmother who used food as a means of delivering love and kindness. After meeting her Taiwanese-American husband, she began a journey learning about Chinese and regional cuisines. Her philosophy: all problems can be solved with an open mind while sharing a meal.

How does this differ from the Chinese Dumplings class?

The Dumplings class (Asian Delights) is 90 minutes, focused purely on the hands-on joy of making dumplings. The Chinese Classic Feast is 120 minutes, features a full 3-course menu across one regional Chinese cuisine, and is a more premium, dinner-worthy experience. Both are led by Heather.

Can we choose our regional menu?

Yes — Sichuan, Taiwanese, and Cantonese are all available. We recommend Sichuan for high-energy teams who like bold flavours, Taiwanese for groups who enjoy comfort food and storytelling, and Cantonese for those who appreciate elegance and refinement.
