Anne Faber

Anne Faber is a TV chef and food journalist based in Luxembourg. She has written 5 cookbooks and has a regular cooking travel TV show on RTL Télé Lëtzebuerg. Anne trained at Alain Ducasse in Paris.
Her eclectic food is heavily influenced by her travels across the world, and she is known for reinventing Luxembourgish dishes with ‘a little twist’.
Anne’s Luxembourg-shaped cookie cutter keeps inspiring people to bake little Luxembourg cookies at home.

Fabrizio Annichiarico

Fabrizio Annicchiarico, a Luxembourg-based chef, transformed his life by leaving a career in real estate to pursue his passion for culinary arts.
With roots in Italian gastronomy, he started at the bottom, working in a friend’s restaurant. His culinary talents led to the founding of the Food Porn Company, and eventually, he took over Oak, a restaurant in Luxembourg City.

He was the creator of “Pure” restaurant in MUDAM – a concept that embodies his commitment to crafting nutritious, plant-based meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients without compromising on taste.
Fabrizio’s story exemplifies passion, resilience, and a dedication to embodying values through his culinary creations, leaving an indelible mark on the world of gastronomy.

Heather Madeira Ni

Heather, the “Cooking Musician”, learned to cook from her grandmother who used food as a means of delivering love and kindness to others.
Later, after meeting her husband, a Taiwanese-American, she began a journey to learning about the diverse cooking of China, then further exploring regional cuisines from around the globe.
With a diverse and extensive cookbook collection, Heather loves to explore the flavours of the world and to look at how borders are crossed, and cultures mingle through migration and food diplomacy.

Heather’s philosophy is that all problems can be solved with an open mind while sharing a meal!
She loves to tell stories of her travels and cooking adventures including sharing those moments of tragi-comedy that occur when chaos reigns in her kitchen. Cooking, after all, is a grand adventure!

We offer diverse culinary experiences for team building, including the plant-based ‘From Garden to Table’ with Chef Fabrizio, traditional Luxembourgish cuisine with Anne Faber, and Asian culinary adventures with Heather, our cooking musician with Hong Kong heritage. Each class offers a unique, engaging, and creative culinary experience for corporate teams. We are constantly expanding our network of local Chefs in Luxembourg. 

The class typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, providing a comprehensive culinary experience without taking up your entire day.

Absolutely! We cater to various dietary needs including plant-based and gluten-free options. Please let us know in advance about any specific requirements.

Each class includes a hands-on session with a professional chef, all necessary ingredients, and kitchen equipment. You can also opt for extra features like wine pairings, professional photography/videography, and personalized kitchenware souvenirs.

We recommend a minimum of 10 participants for an optimal experience, but we can accommodate larger groups. Please contact us for details regarding larger groups.

Not at all! The class is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced cooks.

Yes, we pride ourselves on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to support local producers and provide the freshest flavors.

Classes can be held at our partner cooking studio Cactus in Windhof, your own premises if suitable, or at selected restaurants in Clausen, in Luxembourg City in collaboration with 3D Events.

Currently, our in-person experiences are only available in Luxembourg. However, we’re expanding to more locations across Europe. Meanwhile we encourage  you to book one of offer virtual cooking classes for teams that are not located in Luxembourg or prefer an online format.
