The Culinary Leadership Academy is a year-long program combining culinary experiences with leadership development. It’s designed to enhance teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills through hands-on cooking activities.

The program fosters skills like teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and cultural appreciation, all in an interactive and memorable setting.

We offer a catalog of over 50 activities across thematic areas like Wellbeing, Communication, Stress Management, Self-Efficacy, Problem Solving, and Diversity & Inclusion. You’ll select the sessions for your package during the initial planning phase, and we’re always introducing new themes.

Our program offers three, flexible tears to suit, your team’s needs and budget. 

  • Small Group Package: €599 per person/year, ideal for 10-49 participants.
  • Medium Group Package: €499 per person/year, perfect for 50-79 participants.
  • Large Group Package: €399 per person/year, designed for 80-100 participants.

 

Each tier includes a one-off setup fee to cover common preparation across sections, equipment, ingredients, and additional staff as needed for larger groups.

  • Small Group Setup fee: €3,000 one-off.
  • Medium Group Setup fee: €4,000 one-off.
  • Large Group Setup fee: €5,000 one-off.

Payments can be conveniently made online via credit card, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. For larger teams or custom packages, contact us for tailored pricing options.

  • At our studio partner, Cactus Kachatelier, a fully equipped culinary space.

Yes, our main venue, Cactus Kachatelier in Windhof, offers plenty of parking right in the supermarket parking area. For other venues, parking availability depends on the location and will be confirmed during the booking process.
