We offer a catalog of over 50 activities across thematic areas like Wellbeing, Communication, Stress Management, Self-Efficacy, Problem Solving, and Diversity & Inclusion. You’ll select the sessions for your package during the initial planning phase, and we’re always introducing new themes.
How does the pricing work for the Culinary Leadership Academy?
Our program offers three, flexible tears to suit, your team’s needs and budget.Â
- Small Group Package: €599 per person/year, ideal for 10-49 participants.
- Medium Group Package: €499 per person/year, perfect for 50-79 participants.
- Large Group Package: €399 per person/year, designed for 80-100 participants.

The setup fee starts at €3,000 and helps us ensure a seamless experience. It covers venue preparation, equipment, ingredients, and logistics. For larger groups, it also includes additional staff and resources to maintain the same high-quality experience for all participants.

Sessions can be held:
- In your office (if equipped).
- Virtually, for educational or discussion-based activities.
- At our studio partner, Cactus Kachatelier, a fully equipped culinary space.
How long does the program last?
The program spans one year, with sessions scheduled throughout the year to align with your availability.
Can the workshops be conducted in-person, hybrid, or virtual?
Yes, our workshops are flexible and can be tailored to your needs. We offer in-person sessions at your office or our partner studio, Cactus Kachatelier, virtual workshops for remote teams, or a hybrid format to accommodate both on-site and remote participants seamlessly.
What happens at the end of each session?
Every session concludes with a shared meal where participants enjoy the dishes they’ve prepared, fostering connection and collaboration.

Yes, our main venue, Cactus Kachatelier in Windhof, offers plenty of parking right in the supermarket parking area. For other venues, parking availability depends on the location and will be confirmed during the booking process.
