Chef Yolanda Wu is a highly accomplished culinary professional hailing from Argentina/Taiwan. After earning a degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from a prestigious university, she furthered her culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts with a focus on French cuisine. With a passion for fine dining, Chef Yolanda gained valuable experience working in a variety of culinary establishments and was mentored by renowned chefs throughout the United States. Her extensive resume includes non-profit organizations, French and Japanese restaurants, boutique butcher shops, acclaimed American steakhouses, as well as Michelin-starred restaurants.
Chef Yolanda is a Certified Professional Food Manager and a member of the American Culinary Federation. She has received numerous accolades for her culinary achievements, including being named to the President’s List of Le Cordon Bleu College and being awarded a grant from the Oxford Food Symposium in the United Kingdom. Her tireless work ethic has driven her to continually push herself in culinary competitions, resulting in earning a Silver Medal in the Nation’s Capital Culinary Salon of the American Culinary Federation.
Chef Yolanda firmly believes that anyone can cook, and she delights in sharing the flavors of her hometown of Argentine cuisine with her students. Her extensive travels throughout South America and Asia, as well as her experience volunteering abroad, have given her a keen sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds.
